According to the current city notice, bids go to the city secretary’s office at City Hall, 107 S. Main St. The notice lists the public bid opening for 3 p.m. that day at the City Council Chamber, 226 Countryside Drive.

Contractor questions are due Monday, Oct. 19, by 5 p.m. The notice names engineer Craig M. Kerkhoff as the contact and says questions posted on CIVCAST will not be answered. It sets an Oct. 22, 3 p.m. deadline for addenda.

The work includes the pump station, both reservoirs and the equipment needed to make them operational. This is a bid solicitation; the notice does not announce a contract award or a construction start.
