Aubrey Area Library is adding GED classes to its October schedule, with the first session set for Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The library’s October letter says it will host the classes through the Texas Workforce Commission and North Texas Adult Education & Literacy. The program calendar lists additional sessions at the same time on Oct. 22, 27 and 29.
The calendar labels the classes for ages 17 and older and asks participants to call the library to sign up, with registration beginning two weeks before a program date. Residents can contact the library at 940-365-9162.
