Texas A&M Athletics has unveiled a series of enhancements for Kyle Field, aimed at enriching the gameday atmosphere for fans during the 2026 season. The improvements include a new fan guide and stadium map accessible via the 12th Man App, designed to assist attendees in navigating the venue more easily. Fans can also look forward to an increase in fireworks during night games.
The 12th Man App will feature updates that provide vital gameday information, notifications, and short videos. A statue honoring R.C. Slocum, the most successful head coach in Texas A&M football history, will be situated outside the stadium's north end. To make concessions more budget-friendly, prices for popular items like hot dogs, nachos, and candy will decrease by $1, with a new $5 popcorn option introduced.
New food offerings will be available from local vendors, including Mai Shan Yun and Agave, alongside a specialty item known as the BTHO Dog, which consists of two footlong hot dogs topped with various ingredients.
The Coors Light Beer Garden, which was introduced during the College Football Playoff, will become a permanent feature at Kyle Field, located on the east side lawn outside Entry 8 and opening four hours before afternoon and evening games.
Fans will notice the addition of 26 new LED displays throughout the stadium, enhancing the visual experience. The Texas A&M Sports Network will also extend its pregame coverage with a two-hour show that begins an hour earlier than in past seasons, allowing for live broadcasts near the 12th Man statue.
