Houston has produced 130 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown in its last two games. Coach DeMeco Ryans said Nico Collins and Ed Ingram could be available when the Texans face the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, and he said the team hopes both will play. The game is scheduled for noon at Reliant Stadium.
Collins, a Pro Bowl wide receiver and three-time 1,000-yard receiver, has missed the previous two games as Houston has had difficulty generating outside production. Dalton Schultz has been the primary exception. Xavier Hutchinson led the Texans during that stretch with nine receptions totaling 120 yards. Collins had seven catches for 75 yards and a touchdown in one game against the Buffalo Bills.
Ingram's absence has moved Wyatt Teller into the starting right guard role. Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, who has been sidelined for two games with a knee injury, is still considered week-to-week.
