This recognition highlights the strength of the local job market, which is significant for residents of Aubrey, located about 37 miles north of Dallas.
The 2026-2027 rankings evaluated around 3,900 companies across various sectors, assessing factors such as pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, and opportunities for professional development. Among the Dallas honorees are notable names like Texas Instruments, Southwest Airlines, and the American Heart Association.
Irving follows with 13 recognized companies, including Kimberly-Clark and Caterpillar. Plano has five companies on the list, while Fort Worth is represented by two. Additionally, four companies from other areas of the metroplex made the cut, showcasing a diverse range of industries from semiconductors to hospitality.
