Sherman Ridge's final financing plan is on the council's Thursday night agenda, with up to $12.5 million in district bonds for a 122-home subdivision
The plan sends 32% of new city property taxes from the 23-acre neighborhood off FM 428 toward about $14.4 million in project costs, an estimated $2.62 million over the life of the zone.
