It uses Realtor.com local-market data, Zillow home-value data, Redfin's May 2026 housing-market data and Freddie Mac's weekly mortgage survey. Realtor.com counted 1,228 homes for sale in Aubrey as of June 2026, while Zillow reported 150 new listings during its latest monthly period. Zillow put the average home value at $350,852, down 7.6% over the past year. Realtor.com listed the median asking price at $407,965 as of June 2026.

Redfin's May 2026 market page reported 74 homes sold, compared with 48 a year earlier. Redfin's median sale price was $300,819, down 11.0% from a year earlier, and average days on market were 86 days, compared with 67 days last year.

By the numbers

Realtor.com listed the median list price at $407,965 as of June 2026. Redfin's median sale price was $300,819 in May 2026. Zillow's average home value was $350,852. Zillow said homes went to pending in around 49 days as of May 31, 2026. Realtor.com reported average days on market at 53 days in June 2026.

Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey put the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 6.49% as of July 9, 2026, up from 6.43% a week earlier and below 6.72% a year earlier.

What changed from last year

Redfin's year-over-year sales count increased from 48 to 74. Realtor.com average days on market fell from about 61 days to 53 days. Redfin's median sale price was down 11.0% from a year earlier.

Realtor.com's June 2026 inventory figure and Redfin's May 2026 sold-home figure measure different parts of the market: active supply versus closed transactions. This report keeps those figures separate because they do not describe the same set of homes.
