FRISCO - The Big 12's summer football spotlight is landing about 15 miles southeast of Aubrey when Media Days returns to Ford Center at The Star.
The July 7-8 event gives coaches and players a formal stage before the season, with reporters using the two days to ask about depth charts, transfers, quarterback races and conference expectations.
The biggest national draw is Colorado coach Deion Sanders. Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark's remarks will also frame the league's direction, while quarterbacks such as Noah Fifita, Conner Weigman, DJ Lagway and Avery Johnson give the event plenty of on-field intrigue.
