A Jersey Mike’s project has appeared in state construction records for Bates Towne Crossing, giving Aubrey-area residents a more specific look at another restaurant planned along U.S. 380.

The October 6 registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation describes a 1,427-square-foot interior build-out at 26556 E. University Drive, Suite 100. The estimated cost is $107,025.

The address needs a distinction: the restaurant filing uses Aubrey, Texas, as its city, while development partner DB9 Capital identifies Bates Towne Crossing as a Little Elm shopping center. DB9 places the Target-anchored development at U.S. 380 and Ryan Spiritas, near the Silverado and Spiritas Ranch communities.

The filing lists December 1, 2026, as the planned construction start and May 31, 2027, as the estimated completion. Those dates describe the proposed construction schedule. They do not confirm that work has begun or establish when customers will be able to order a sandwich.

The record remained at “Project Registered” when checked. No confirmed opening date was established in the primary sources reviewed.

For now, the useful detail is the proposed suite and build-out timeline, rather than a grand-opening promise. The state record is TABS2027002826.
